Terms of Service
►MY RIGHTS
▸ I have the right to refuse to draw something or deny any commission without explanation.
▸ I have the right to change, edit, and update my terms of service and commission prices
▸ I have the right to post/use any artwork I make as an example of my work (or to promote myself as an artist) on any website.
▸ I have the right to price my work however I want►USAGE
Only me and the commissioner (or current owner of depicted characters/designs) may use the artwork/designs produced for them.
✓ You Can:
▸ Repost the artwork/design on any website as long as you properly credit me with one of my official links (My website, Instagram, Twitter, etc).
▸ Use the commissioned artwork as profile pictures, banners, or personal merchandise. If you would like to sell merch of the artwork please contact me about commercial pricing. Commercial use is prohibited unless commercial rights are purchased.✘You Can't:
▸ Claim my work as your own.
▸ Trace my artwork, feed into AI, turn into NFT/Bitcoin slop
▸ use my artwork to spread hateful ideology
►GENERAL T.O.S
▸ If I or a family member or pet is sick, I have family issues, traveling, work, etc. my commission progress or responses can get delayed.
▸ Once I have begun working on your commission you may not ask for a character change, regardless of what happened to the depicted character.
▸ If you're being too pushy, disrespectful, or difficult to work with I will refund and cancel your commission. It is not up for discussion and you cannot refuse my refund.
▸ Please do not spam me. If you send me multiple messages demanding my immediate attention (or demanding your art immediately) without my response, I will refund and cancel your commission. I should respond to you within 24 hours unless I am experiencing an emergency.
▸ If you purchase or receive an uncolored sketch commission, you are not allowed to color it, line it, or trace it. If I find out you have, I will blacklist you.
▸ Please do not remove any watermark I put on my artwork.►DESIGN PERMISSIONS
▸ If you are reselling a design by me, resell my designs for a reasonable price. Please take into consideration how much you paid for said character, and how much art the design has. Be respectful of me and other artist’s work and price accordingly.
▸ Making an alternate design/gender/species/etc. of a design of mine you own is permitted, but all alternate versions (no matter how different) must stay with the said character if you sell/trade/give the character away. You may not keep or sell any alternate designs, they must be kept with the OG design. Keep the OG file on hand!!!
▸ If you are dissatisfied with a character design/custom, I can start over and make a new design OR refund you. Either way, I will have the rights to the design I made you if you chose to scrap it and I'll have the right to sell it as an adopt, keep it for myself, gift it to a friend, etc.►Wills & Wonts

▸ All genders, body types, styles, etc. (This include trans, nonbinary, cubby, etc.)
▸ Artistic Nudity
▸ NSFW (age verification required 18+ ONLY)
▸ Simple and complex designs (prices may get higher if the design is more complex)
▸ Blood/ soft or candy gore
▸ cigarettes, alcohol, and weed
✘I won't draw
▸ unsolicited fetish art (meaning you are secretly getting me to draw you fetish content. If you have a fetish be straight up and ask for what you want drawn, If you trick me into drawing fetish art I will block and blacklist you)
▸ Harmful drug use (meth, heroin, etc.)
▸ Death or heavy gore
▸ Anything to do with racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, zoophilia, and anything else that is hurtful or offensive.
